Shepard Needles grow everywhere in the Bahamas. They resemble tiny daisies and have little black seeds in the center that stick to your clothes if you happen to walk through them. The plant is edible to numerous types of animals including goats, sheep and rabbits.
And chickens. Chickens love them. I often refer to it as "chicken ice cream". Great photo!
